WOMENBOX signature workout has 3 parts––Activate, Elevate, and Restore.
ACTIVATE: Begin with mobility and dynamic movement to awaken the body.
ELEVATE: Rounds of boxing drills, conditioning circuits, and muscle-focus series push you to your highest performance level. Active rest periods encourage optimal output and recovery.
RESTORE: Move from effort to ease with a flow of restorative stretches to release tension and invite energy back into the body.
