Energize your body with 30 minutes of boxing conditioning circuits, then rebuild with 30 minutes of restorative yoga.
Boxing training will be provided by Merissa Dyer of WOMENBOX, and yoga by Ali Peterson of Authentic Yoga. Both Ali and Merissa currently serve as lululemon Ambassadors.
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat
Water + towel if preferred
Optional: 1-3lb Handweights
Need a yoga mat? Loaner mats are available on a first come, first served basis.
